1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LexElyon platform, API, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Not a Law Firm

LexElyon is a technology provider, not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or form attorney-client relationships. The intelligence, analytics, and documents generated by our platform are for informational and research purposes only. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and applicability of any outputs before using them in a legal proceeding.

3. User Accounts & Subscriptions

Access to certain features requires a subscription (One-Off, Professional, or Enterprise). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. Enterprise clients are subject to additional Service Level Agreements (SLAs) provided during onboarding.

4. Permitted Use & Restrictions

You agree not to use the LexElyon platform to:

• Violate any local, state, or federal laws, including data privacy and scraping regulations.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our Rust-based engine.
• Resell or redistribute our data outputs without explicit written authorization (Enterprise API partners excepted).
• Intentionally overload our infrastructure or bypass rate limits.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LexElyon and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of or inability to use the services.
